LEAVE OF ABSENCE
There is no entitlement for leave of absence during term time, including for holidays. If there is an exceptional need for you to request leave, please complete a Leave of Absence Form, which is available from the School Office. Leave taken without a prior request, will always be treated as an unauthorised absence. Requests for Leave of Absence will be considered, on an individual basis and will only be granted in very exceptional circumstances. Leave that has not been granted, will be recorded as unauthorised absence and may result in your child losing their place at St. Anselm’s. Unauthorised Absence taken may also be subject to a Fixed Penalty Fine issued by the London Borough of Ealing. £120 per parent/carer per child reduced to £60 if paid within 21 days.
Requests to leave the country for any reason will not be authorised during term time. Please book your overseas trips during holiday periods only.
